Rack Room Shoes - Poor customer service
If you need to make a return have your receipt because the Oates policy is t what they apply. I was treated very poorly by assistant store manager Lori located in the Springfield, VA mall location. Felt like the fact I was about to buy 4 more pair of boots/shoes didn't matter. Sadly I've shopped her often for my daughter and I and have never had an issue like this.
