If you need to make a return have your receipt because the Oates policy is t what they apply. I was treated very poorly by assistant store manager Lori located in the Springfield, VA mall location. Felt like the fact I was about to buy 4 more pair of boots/shoes didn't matter. Sadly I've shopped her often for my daughter and I and have never had an issue like this.

Rack room shoes sent our three-year-old next-door to use the restroom, claiming that it was against policy for her to use theirs. First off, she's three years old, who in their right mind tells a three-year-old they can't use the restroom. second why would you send your customers to the business next-door to use the restroom when we are spending money in your store not theirs.

I took my client who is handicapped to Hickory store on route 70..we had been before and it wasn't a pleasant experience but thought maybe this one particular woman was just having a bad day..I guess not .she has shoulder lengh hair maybe 50 or so drives a white suv and comes with a bad attitude. ..When I say crazy...this woman was CRAZY. will not be going to this location again.
