Rack Room Shoes - No public restroom
3 comments
Rack room shoes sent our three-year-old next-door to use the restroom, claiming that it was against policy for her to use theirs. First off, she's three years old, who in their right mind tells a three-year-old they can't use the restroom. second why would you send your customers to the business next-door to use the restroom when we are spending money in your store not theirs.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I am 72 year old male who while shopping in rack room store needed to use the rest room. I was told it was against policy to allow customers to use it.
A person my age can't always plan ahead an know when the urge might arise. If you cant furnish a rest room for your customers, you should post that on the entry door.
Maybe let your kid use the restroom before heading to stores that doesn't allow public restrooms. Plan ahead and stop whining like a three year old.
If they don't allow public restrooms, you should be lucky the associate guided you to another restroom available to the public. The world doesn't revolve around you.
You're not special. Deal with it.
Maybe because it's their policy and the associates cannot fix that? Why do you get mad at associates when they make none of the rules and only enforce the ones their company tells them to.
Some stores have public restrooms and some stores do not.
If you don't like it then don't shop with the store again. It's not their policy and they cannot change a policy set by their company.
