Dear Off Roadway Shoes Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your Seven Corners location today March 2nd, 2024.
I visited the store with my husband and two young children (ages 3 and 5) and a baby to browse for shoes. While we were shopping, my children began playing with some bouncy balls displayed in the store.
one of your staff members approached us in a rude manner and stated that if we weren't going to buy the balls, we were expected to return them.

We assured them we had taken the balls away from our children and did not intend to purchase them by placing it in the cart near them and in front of them.
Unfortunately, the situation escalated when they further criticized our actions for not returning the balls directly to their original location. This criticism felt overly harsh, especially considering we had already addressed the issue with our children. To our surprise, we were then told to leave the store.
I attempted to explain the situation and reason with the staff member, but they repeatedly said "don't talk to her" to a coworker (manager) who seemed willing to listen. When I approached the cashier to speak with another staff member, as the first one had referred me to them by walking away, I was told to move and that they needed to help the next person in line.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience.

We were simply trying to shop for shoes as a family. Our children's brief interaction with the bouncy balls did not warrant being kicked out, especially since we proactively addressed the situation.
At no point did we exhibit any disruptive behavior, raise our voices, or damage any merchandise.

We were simply patrons who intended to make a purchase.
I believe this kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from Off Roadway Shoes. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and investigate this matter further.

Need receipt so I can exchange sizes

Hello,
I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter which ended up being small in size. I want to exchange for a bigger size but might have thrown the receipt away during Christmas time.

I was told I need a receipt and to contact customer service to get a copy. Can you please look into this for me?

The purchase was made on Wednesday 12/20 at the great mall located in Milpitas Ca in the afternoon. It was a total or 3 pair of shoes I purchased and used my debit card ending in x6789
